Shipping Policy
We always use recycled cardboard boxes where possible. Method of shipping
depends on destination and the order value.
Special Note: Shipping charges are calculated based on your order value
when you select your country from the drop down box on the checkout
page, and are 'optimised' for shipping heavier items like helmets.
This may lead to inappropriate shipping charges being applied when
combinations of lighter items such as accessories are ordered.
On selecting your country, if you feel the shipping charge to be
disproportionate, please make a comment - we will look into it and
adjust the shipping
if we can.
Delivery Schedule:
UK: Standard
delivery - usually within 5 working days of receipt of order. If there's
a problem we'll get in touch.
EU: - Allow up to 7 working days, but usually within 3-4 days
Other: - Allow up to 14 days, but usually within a week
Returns and Swaps!
We do endeavour to make the process as painless as possible. If you need to swap your helmet, please read this.
You may exercise your right to cancel an order by notifying us of your wish to do so within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Furthermore, whilst all products are quality guaranteed, in the unlikely event that you should need to return an unused item, this must be within its original packaging and in saleable, new, condition, returned within 10 days of receipt. Please note that overseas returns must be CLEARLY MARKED 'RETURNED GOODS, NO DUTY PAYABLE' on all faces of the parcel. We reserver the right not to accept any returns where customs charges have been levied because this instruction is not followed.
If required, a refund for the price of the goods (minus shipping) will be made within 30 days, you will however be liable for the cost of returning the goods Should you wish to exchange the item, we have to charge to send the second item out.

International Order:
Due to a number of instances of attempted credit card fraud and problems with deliveries, we cannot accept credit card orders from some countries. If you would like to order from one of the countries not on our list, please get in touch stating the items you would like to buy, and we will discuss alternative means of payment. Thanks for your understanding.
Customs:
Please note, that you may be liable for customs duties on your order when it reaches your country. We do not collect or control these charges, and we cannot predict what they will be. For more information, you may wish to contact your local customs office.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Customers information provided at the time of ordering is the only information collected. This information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and is only collected for the purpose of fullfilling your order. We further guarantee not to disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are only used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

We accept most major credit and debit cards. Payment will be processed when, and not before, we ship the order. Should any item be temporarily out of stock, you will be e-mailed with the option to either place on back-order or cancel that item, along with the option to ship a part-order. Should we ship a part-order, we will only charge your card for the items shipped.
We are able to supply to many destinations, both within the UK and overseas.
All prices are displayed in sterling and credit/debit card transactions will
be processed in £ sterling (GBP). Standard Bank exchange rates will be
applied by your card issuer.
